Or at least, do you think so?

You can't trust anything you read online 100%. Unless it's a website from an accredited institution or journalistic source, I certainly wouldn't use it for a research paper or presentation....

Wikipedia is a great source if you're looking fro an introduction to a topic, but only take what you read with a grain of salt. Remember, any fool can go on Wikipedia and type whatever they feel like. Although it's sometimes informative, you can never entirely trust it.....

Peace!

Yes and No. Or rather it depends. Wikipedia is an online resource that can be edited by anyone, but it doesn't necessarily make it true or false. Editors are supposed to search for verifiability... and while information may be verifiable (i.e. have an accredited source), it alone doesn't necessarily make the information accurate. Of course verfiablity gives more credence toward credibility, but it isn't necessarily true. However, much of the information on Wikipedia is relatively useful and accurate.

No, anyone can post anything on Wikipedia at any time. Not everything is true. It might give you a rough understanding of the topic, but don't take facts from there.

Yes, Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject, so you know you are getting the best possible information

Not ...someone posted that Sinbad died on there and had the date he died. Did some digging and found that he was not dead. So always check elsewhere.
