Hi,

All you need to do is to open run ->type cmd -> go to your desried folder you wish to see files with hidden attribute.
On the command prompt type dir/a or probably for more filtered results dir/ah (e.g.: C:\>dir/a or C:\>dir/ah).

You can also change its attribute values from hidden to visible using an external but already available in current versions of Microsoft OS, i.e. attrib.exe.

For more help on attrib.exe type attrib/? on command prompt.

Open a folder and then go to:
Folders Options > View > Advanced Settings > "Show Hidden Files and Folders"

Once that is selected, you will be able to see hidden files. Just be careful, lots of important system files are hidden, so dont muck around with stuff.

Go to the tools menu at the top of the page, select folder options, click on the view tab, then find the option that lets you show hidden folders. This will reveal any hidden folders.

First, make sure you can view them by setting file view settings to show hidden files. If they are not in use, you can simply delete them. If they are in use by an application or as system files, you can write down the directory they're in, reboot into safe mode and delete them or download a utility like "unlocker" (http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/) which disassociates an application from a file, freeing it up to be moved, deleted, etc. You should do an internet search for files that you're not sure of to make sure they aren't required by your OS or other important applications. Instead of deleting them, its best to rename or move them so you can restore them quickly if you broke something unintentionally. Good luck.
