Honestly, I would try and convince your parents to take you somewhere else. There are things to do, but chances are your parents will want to gamble, see shows, etc. and therefore not have time to take you 2 to do what you want to do.
If you do go, the game room in the Excalibur is A LOT of fun. And there are some kid friendly shows that your parents can take you to. If you go in the summer, almost all the hotels have really great pools.

You are kind of young; however, There is plenty for you to do. Most kids your age like Circus Circus and if you are a thrill ride kind of person, you will like the Stratosphere, but they have rides on the top that are really scary. There's the Blue Man Group, Stomp Out Loud. New York, New York has rides and fun stuff. You have to go downtown to the Fremont Experience. There's Lake Mead, and Red Rock Canyon and the Grand Canyon if you want to take a helicopter ride. I think that will give you enough to do.

Ask your parents to take you to the Tournament of Kings at the Excalibur. This is a really cool dinner show. You will be served dinner with no utensils. You have to eat with your hands. You are encouraged to yell and scream and pound the table to cheer on your knight as they joust and fight. It is one of the best shows in Vegas for the family. Plus the dinner is very good. You will enjoy it.
Go to M&M Chocolate Factory next to the MGM. See the lion den at the MGM. Ride the coaster in front of NYNY. See the fountains at the Bellagio. In the Forum Shops in Ceasars Palace they have a great animatronic show. It is real sharp.
See the Volcano erupt in front of the Mirage. On top of the Stratosphere they have some really scary rides .. if you are brave enough to try them.
So much to see and do .. check out www.vegas.com and check for family things to do.
Have fun.

Oh god, it is SO boring. We went through Vegas last summer on the way to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon. Im an adult; I can drink, gamble.. and even I thought the place was a tacky, boring, toilet of a place.
We stayed at Circus Circus. It had a casino. I dont know what the appeal is of any of it.

New York New York has amusement park rides.
Circus Circus has lots of kid focused attractions.
I think even MGM has child focused activities.
Google Family Las Vegas to see what you can do there.

You should definitely go to the Forum Shops in Caesars Palace. Also...I would check out some of the Cirque du Soleil shows. Try the buffet at the Rio one night...there's food from around the world (I HATE buffets and I loved it there). The view from the top of the Eiffel Tower is AMAZING!!!
