Marylin Manison is so awesome when u listen to his music he telling parents how the kids fell when there parents aren't there 4 them....

Because parents that failed to invest time in raising their children need a scapegoat to blame when their kids start using drugs or going on a killing spree at their school. If you actually hear Marilyn Manson speak, he is a very intelligent, ethical person that does not condone violence/satanism/other accusations. Yet people keep blaming music icons for such atrocities instead of reflecting on how they failed to be responsible parents and give their kids moral values and an education.

People didn't like the Beatles either, but they had a massive following and were actually quite clean-cut when you look at them. It's all a matter of opinion and prejudice and misconceptions will always reign in the music world as long as there are teenagers and parents.

So many people have different taste in music and they find him to be a bit off. I remember over the summer I put a few songs of his on my iPod and my mom about DIED! She was like you don't need to listen to that freak. Then my dad defended me telling her to let me listen to him and she needed to respect my take on music. And that he was a good guy believe it or not

**Okay, I just assumed he was satanic, and accusing is bad... from all the articles I remember reading about him, I dont think I came upon anything saying he was satanic... besides the one with him and his wife sipping eachother's drip of blood? I dont know... so yeah
