according to wiki pedia-i am mixed raced

oh, and karel, how is this embarassing? its called wondering - why are people who are quarter black called mixed race but people who are a quarter white called black-it dont make sense

technially yes. But for practical purposes no. because you wont be treated as mixed race, you will look an be treated Black.

edit: there is no 20 percent white in me. Maybe 2 percent if any at all. Im skeptical of admixture test. They say there is no gene for race, then they turnaround and say you are 20% white.

No.The averge black person (in the U.S.) is 20% white. In reality theres no such thing as "mixed race" because everyone is mixed to a certain degree.

EDIT: Seetheworld your wrong..80% of contemporary African Americans are 20% white. My sources are below..It ranges from a low of 10% in the South to 50% in the north but it averages to 20%. Pretty much all other studies have come the same conclusion.
