as of now, Seattle's and Tampa Bay's date for hosting the NFC Wild Card games show Jan. 5/6. No concrete dates have been set. What are the determining factors?

Washington and Minnesota are fighting for the 6th seed. It will have no bearing on where and when Seattle and Tampa Bay play. A team cannot simply go from fighting for their playoff lives to overtaking a team who's already clinched a playoff birth.
