He doesn't seem very sensitive about it, but it's quite large. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

It could be a cyst, infection from a cricket bite, or tumor- if you can, take him to the vet to get it checked out. Note: I just said all the bad options, it could also be a benign growth and cause him no trouble at all.

It could be a sign of MBD which can happen if your beardie hasn't had the proper calcium supplements and UVB lighting.

I think you should take it to the vet just in case it's a bad bump. its always better to be safe than sorry!!!
