Vista. I have both and Vista is more versatile. My favorite feature is the enhanced ability to control the programs in start up and bring the available RAM up. Sounds dumb, but it makes a huge difference in how fast everything runs.

I have Windows Vista.
It's pretty cool.
I think it's better than XP and I had Xp for a very LONG time and I've had way less problems with Windows Vista.
