What a request ok......Rome the city to Rome the republic 1st, 2nd, 3rd Punic wars gave Rome massive amounts of money and provinces, Julius Caesar is assassinated and Augustus becomes an empire (Pax Romana), Rome is now an empire. Julio-Claudio line of rule and then 5 good emperors, after we start to see the decline of the empire the borders are becoming weak the empire is split in two, east and west. Christianity becomes main religion the west falls to the goths and about a 1000 yrs later so does the east. I hope this helps:)

Rome was founded. It became a city. Romans gradually conquered most of the known world. The Romans began to value comfort over responsibility and gave up governing themselves and defending themselves. Rome was overrun (repeatedly) by outsiders who took all the loot that Roman armies had collected from most of the known world. Rome left us roads and bureaucrats.
I think that hits the high points...

Do a google, the info is already written out for you and of course if you copy it the teacher might know that though.
Ps Roman history is anything but brief.

Rome was founded. It quickly conquered most of the known world. Then its government grew big heads and the empire grew too big to govern and defend it's borders and around 457 AD it broke apart because they stopped keeping non-romans from settling in their lands. then it was divided into the tribes that settled the land. Many have tried to remake Rome but none have succeeded.that is basically what happened.

Your question... many elements of truth, but obscured with agenda. Let the agenda go if truth is your real objective

There was Romulus and Remus...and then, well, what happened yesterday in Rome? Your question is too vague, and does not designate a time period.
