Put lemon juice in a bowl and microwave it for about 30 seconds. Then while it is still warm and steamy inside use viniger to wipe down all the surfaces. The vinigar smell will dispate after a few minutes and you will be left with a very clean and fresh smelling microwave.

Microwave half cup vinergar/half cup water for a few minutes, then simply wipe clean with a paper towel. Tougher stains may require you microwave the solution a bit longer.

Lemon juice,sqeeze 1 +2 lemon/s into bowl,add 50%water
And microwave on full power for 2mins
wipe
Repeat as nessary.

put a lemon in a cup of water and "steam" the microwave for a few minutes. this will loosen the gunk and you can wipe it off. (Cut the lemon in half or quarters)

I put in wet paper towels and turn it on high. Steams the inside very nicely, then wipe it out.

Spray it with bleach/water and allow to sit for a while,then wipe out....
