No.
I am not the same person I was even a decade ago. I change over time. My anticipation of the change that death will bring is part of who I have become.
My body has limits.
I can only remember a certain amount of information. I am not unique in this. Everyone has a finite memory. Forever is a long time.
There are a lot of things that can go wrong with the human body. Many of them, I would not like to experience. Eventually all things would be experienced. Forever is a long time.
I would miss my friends and family members that would die. I think my wife would be be hardest to lose.

it would be the worst torture.Life itself is not made to be forever. That is the beauty of it. Life itself gives us a certain time on this Earth to live and love. By being immortal, what does that do to us? Sure, we could do everything we ever wanted but what haappens after that? We would be left with nothing else to do. Life would become dull and monotonos. Life would not be Life anymore. I would be horrid to live so long.

i could decide to stay invariably. i'm 20 now, and that i could probable pick to be invariably sixty 8. i think of by applying the time i'm sixty 8, i could desire to have performed many existence targets, alongside with procuring a house, doing fairly some vacationing, getting married, having childrens, and each thing else i desired to do. 13 grow to be a complicated age for me. I suffered melancholy after dealing with a scientific disaster. i do no longer care with reference to the previous; I in simple terms decide to head forward into the destiny and stay my existence! :)

I would not want to live forever! Life has been good to me for the most part but still it is dotted with periodic dissappointments and heartaches. At some point I would just be ready to truely rest... Too much of anything... is too much...

No. It would be sad to see the fall of mankind. The way things are going, mankind will eventuallly kill each other off and destroy the earth in the process. I don't want to be around for that!

There's no time for us
There's no place for us
What is this thing that builds our dreams yet slips away from us
Who wants to live forever
Who wants to live forever....?
There's no chance for us
It's all decided for us
This world has only one sweet moment set aside for us
Who wants to live forever
Who wants to live forever?
Who dares to love forever?
When love must die
But touch my tears with your lips
Touch my world with your fingertips
And we can have forever
And we can love forever
Forever is our today
Who wants to live forever
Who wants to live forever?
Forever is our today
Who waits forever anyway?

Everlasting life is like a bad marriage, once all the crazy fun is gone, it's really a prison from then on.

No, because life loses its meaning and you won't value it anymore. Plus, forever it a really long time, and I get bored easily.
