Have a "spot" stand near you when you throw it. Then have them back off a few inches with each new BHS. Eventually they will be far away from you and you be will be confident about doing them on your own. (This could take several days or weeks to work. Don't expect it to happen in one day.)

ok, i had that problem too, for like 6 months, and then i fugred out a trick, get a person to spot u, and once u have it, do it on a trampoline, or tumbletrak, once u get that, go on floor, when u standup, sit back really slowly, and then just dont think about it, and just jump back

What i did was i had someone spot me and then just like be there and slowly keep like moving away. However, it kind of depends on the person and so you can try to make it some kind of goal.
