I don't think it's so much as bursting out but learning. Each day we are approached with different characteristics displayed by people around us. Some we mimic, some we disagree with. To better yourself, grow. You see that you should be more confident and think more of yourself understand why your confidence is low and why you think so little of yourself. Don't make it a fantasy but a reality. Me, i have accepted what i am and i have many flaws. Some changeable, some not.The ones i can do something about, i will, slowly but surely. those i can't, i embrace them. Just keep learning and learn how to use all the wrong as a benefit to get to the right and what you want to be.

I did that once, let my guard down, found love and was destroyed. I'll keep my glass walls thank you, I still get hurt but nothing that will destroy me.
Sorry to answer your question..if my cocoon burst you'd find someone afraid of everything that is not as strong as everyone thinks I am.
