People talk behind people backs all the time. What they say to someone else about you isn't usually what they say to you directly. Insecurity will always bite on this hook and before it is done all kinds of things can happen. There is nothing others can say about me that I am not already aware of and though it is bothersome you must know how to understand and live with this all the time. Ive seen people go nuts trying to figure out what others think and are saying about them. And when I meet those others I hear no kind words about the subject, yet to the subjects face friends and family and all sing a different song.

YES i had a dear friend since 3rd grade....
as we grew up and got jobs, she got worse with keeping things from me, and being very dishonest. also, i had gained weight due to a bad illness and treatments and this seemed to repulse her so she avoided going in public places with me.
she did not want me around her co-workers or friends most likely because she had backstabber me to them, and she was afraid i would not get along with anyone!!!! like i was going to be a jerk or something....as if and why would i do that!!!
but she had stuff stuck in her head and it was negative, so i got lied to a lot. as bad things happened, she never showed any concern for me....and i did my best to be there for her....
this is the soul reason i hate people who feel they need to hide their feelings and have to lie to avoid something not so comfortable.....

I hate it when people crap on about a certain incident, but refuse to give details. I say "Well let's just change the subject"

I have always told people when they do this to me-You've have already started it so you might as well finish it. I don't like that either. I'll be up-front with you and tell you or keep my mouth shut.

ya, it's the worst feeling in the world when they finally tell you (or if you find out by accident)
unless they're hiding the fact that they got you a present! that's the best!

yeah a little. its fine if they have things they dont tell you, but its just annoying if they keep hinting at it, like they know something that you dont. either spill it or seal it... (something like that...)
