I worry about all of my friends. I think sometimes, I can be a pain to them because I am worried. No, I do not feel stupid for worrying about them. That is what friends do. I have friends that worry about me, too. It is a good feeling.

I only do when someone's problems are self-made and they clearly can do something about it and they choose not too.
Other than that, I don't feel stupid. Good friends take the time to think about them and desire to be there for them, even if all they can do is listen.
And I want to be quick to admit I would not feel foolish for worrying about a friend if she/he was in a domestic violent relationship because it's easy for the people outside the situation to think it's easy for them to leave, but people don't really understand it's not all that easy.
I do know a few guys at least that HAAAATE the fact some people worry about them, but shoot, that is something to be grateful about! I know a thing or two about what it's like to have people not give a BLEEP about you!

I wouldn't say "stupid", exactly....but I do sometimes feel that I worry too much about some people....especially a few of the people I have only ever "met" online. I have probably worried about a few of my online friends more than I worry about my friends in the outside world....and I do often have to remind myself not to worry so much....especially if I have no direct control over the situation I am worried about.

I don't feel stupid for worrying because that's part of being a friend. But I do get frustrated when I see friends making the same mistakes over and over.

No, because I always care for my friends & that is not being stupid. Worrying about them is based upon some fear, or the unknown. If I hadn't heard from them in awhile I may worry about their health and welfare, or if they were having a particularly bad time & I hadn't heard back from them I would worry that everything turned out alright.

No, I don't feel stupid about worrying about friends because I also pray into the situation. I guess it is just something built into me that cares so deeply. I also care very much about my Yahoo *family* as they are the greatest bunch there is. There are some who are so super special~~well, I get this lump in my throat.

Not at all. They worry about me. One friend and I have a strange connection. We know when things are wrong with each other, even when we're not together. It's hard to explain. We're very close and we take care of each other. There's nothing stupid about that.

I know what you mean. I wouldn't call it feeling stupid though, I'd rather say it's when I think to myself ''Stop worrying so much, they're grown-ups.''
I think it's great that friends care for each other. Good night to you too! :)

My wife was desperate to keep our daughter Michelle from leaving with friends one night, although the rain was light; but despite every effort, from threats to begging, failed miserably to get her to stay home!
I felt my wife was being ridiculous, but she was so adamant that I had to co-operated with her to keep our girl safe at home.
Michelle refused to stay home until we had to bribe her with money. Love of money trumps the will of parents (or the Father in heaven) too often.
Sure enough, the friends crashed into a pole that night.
Coincidence?
I owed my wife an apology, and gave it to her.
There are more things, under heaven, than we can ever imagine!!!
Trust your gut.
It may be our all-knowing Father whose still, small voice you heart in your heart.

Nope. I think that's what friends are for (isn't that an 80's song?). Knowing my luck, the time I don't worry, is the time something bad will happen, I'm a worrier by nature anyways :)
