I use a wireless mouse because I got tired of fighting with the cord. Hey don't laugh: I know you've all been there, the cord is tangled w/ all the other cords that are on the back of the pc, so to be able to move the mouse more than an inch, you have to pick it up and give it a good yank.... No thank you, not me :P I invested in a rechargeable wireless mouse and like it very much, and no, I don't generally name mice, computer or otherwise, though the Mickey Mouse name from the other contributor was cute.

I have a Marble Mouse with a trackball, which I use in my laptop. I could call it Rudolph as the ball is red. Or possibly Jupiter as the mouse looks like a red nosed alien, and the planet has a big red spot.
