I'd use Rohan.
Rishay sounds feminine; I'm not sure if Rishan is much better. Ivaan is a little strange - I'm not sure I understand the double a.
If you're in the US, I'd stick with Rohan. It's interesting, but not so bizarre as to be burdensome for your child.

Hate to say Rishay sounds a bit girly. Rishan could go either way.
I'd go with Rohan. If you name the child Ivaan, he'll spend his whole life telling people how to spell his name (that's Ivan with two A's, please).

I only like Rowan and Ivan, especially Ivan...I think that Rashan is nicer and comes to mind more than Rishan

I dont like the sound. I can imagine calling a little boys by his name and somehow ----- No, it doesnt sound nice.
