Because then you will remember to drive far more carefully while keeping an eye out for a child or a group of children, who may or may not be playing in the street! And because you do not want a law suit on your hands! Good question Shermy! CJ

so you won't wake up at 6 a.m. trying to get your kids fed and ready for school and drive them up there and realize they are not in school and now your kids are wide awake and don't want to go back to bed and now you have to stay up with them so they won't cause havoc and mayhem while you are asleep

because if u repeat something enough times you'll convince yourself e.g i look nice in this dress, i look nice in this dress, i look .... Or you;ll go over somrthing so much it sticks in your mind and u dont forget!
