I would invest a huge sum into health care - getting more health care professionals out there to help. Research for various diseases would be a must. I would not only set up a decent shelter for the homeless, but there would be guidelines that would have to be followed. I now know that some are homeless by choice, will not be tolerated. Better educations system, make it easier for students to go into fields that are necessary to keep a country turning. And I'm more of a peace keeper than a fighter, but I realize a big portion would have to go towards the country's security.

If I had everything I needed and had an enormous amount of money to spend as I chose... hmmm...

I would start a quiet political and cultural movement with the goal of reducing planetwide human population to about 3 billion and keeping it there. The money would have to be invested, and controlled by a foundation, because the program would take several generations to implement.

I'd create a trust that supported worthwhile charitable organizations mostly targeting medical research and providing basic services in third world countries, invest heavily in research into alternative energy sources, fully fund programs for the homeless in every major American city... and provide very good paying jobs for every one of my friends working at that trust finding worthy recipients.

Not really i would help myself i dont think they would appreciate it so why waste my money on them. I would go buy me a car and use that money to study a good carrer and make more money out of that money. Maybe i would help some people if i see a good cause to it.

build a 100 mile by 100 mile solar array in new mexico and the entire country would have free electricity for ever, and I would put all the people with aids/hiv/hepatits and any other infectious disease on an island, just like they did with the lepers on that small island in the hawaiian chain, that would help alot.

It would be damned hard spreading it around properly for those who actually needed it. So many would try to stop it out of hatred for the needy, or try to steal as much as they can using the ones who need it the most.
