like when i make a decision, i know its probably wrong but i still make it.

for example, in taking a quiz, i know choice A would be the correct answer but i shade other letters anyway. like i want my brain not to make sense at all sometimes. is there such a condition? how do i remedy this? thanks

i dont have problems with confidence at all. sometimes i do the wrong things because i find that doing always the right thing is kinda boring to me. like i get an adrenaline rush when there is a possibility of failing a course while i find it boring if i ace a test.

Its not a condition it is called lack of self confidenece. You are second guessing everything that you do. Then when you have the wrong answer you can say to yourself see I told you I would get it wrong. Therefore you validate your opinion of second guessing yourself. Next time that you have a quiz read the question and the first answer that comes to mind write it or circle it. As much as you are going to want to change it don't. It won't be easy but you can do it. It is a scientific proven fact in multiple choice tests the first answer we choose is usually the correct one. It will get easier with every test. Yes. Also Paul in the New Testament talked about that very same thing. We all know how to behave better yet most of us continue to do what we are accustomed to. And in the process of teaching our young not to do the same we are actually teaching them how to do it like us, know the right thing to do yet that may not get us what we want so we do the wrong thing which is the right thing if the objective is to obtain what we want in the first place.
