whenever someone asks how she is she always says "ok, i guess" then she like frowns. then the person is like "oh whats wrong?" and shes like "oh its nothing... i guess"
she always does this, no matter what how happy or sad she is! she could be having the best day ever and she always acts as though she has the worst life. whats up with this?

I've had a friend like that too. It's either she wants attention or she doesn't really know how badly her life sucks. Confront her about the problem. Try saying, "Hey, I noticed you've been having some bad times, is there anything I can help you with?" If she doesn't tell you what's wrong, just leave her alone, she probably wants no help, just to figure it out on her own. :)

Sounds as if a person is little shy to be truthful, when someone says, the word oh, it means they are in conflict between the truth, or push it aside, oh, is the word which represent , indecisiveness of a person. So next time you hear the word oh,,,,, be a friend to her, and sit her down with her, and ask Is something the matter? As a friend, can we discuss it? and so on. Get the idea?

Perhaps she is an attention seeker? I've had my fair share of friends who do that.
Either that, or she's having a hard time at home or something. Either way I suggest you be blunt in asking her why she does that. Hope you get an answer.

ASk her why she does it and if she acts like she doesn't know what you're talking about explain it to her. Maybe it's her personality or maybe she's depressed. I hope you figure it out.

i know someone who does something like that..... one minuet she'll be talking to you 5 min. later shes all amd and ignoring u. i have no clue why people do that. i guess they have mixed emotions or something. lol

It is just a habit, don't try to read anything into it. Maybe you should stop asking her how she is! Tell her how you are instead.

maybe she wants attention, or maybe she's hiding something beneath a smile.
talk to her about it as a friend, she should open up and if she denies it she prolly just wants attention

trust issues. your friend doesn't trust those around her. it's a great way to get attention, too. see how much attention she has everybody paying to her now?
