No, I'm surprised I haven't.... of course, I am banned from a few websites (got in some big trouble at home), and broke the rules at least once the other website I was banned from (why shouldn't I be able to talk aboot my political views or flirt?); not neccessarily deleted, but banned/breaking rules gets pretty close.

What kind of an account? Bank account, yes, I no longer needed it. An e-mail account, yes, because again I no longer needed it. A myspace account, yes, because I created a different one.

No, but I had one deleted for me! I received a violation notice for no reason, so I questioned it to the Yahoo gods and poof! My old account was toast!
