Well, if you spin too fast, centripetal forces will rip you apart, or at least cause hemorrhaging from blood pressure in the extremities. I've never heard of anyone dying by being spun much slower than that for too long. 'doesn't mean it can't happen, though.

depends on the speed you are going. you could get into to many g -forces and you would, but you would have to go extremely fast.
