Yeah I did it a few times after my mum died, I did it a couple of times the other week as well, when we had the scare with the twins!
I had another scan this morning, everythings still fine!

No, Bex - I must be a hard-faced cow!
If and only if I'm sad . I would try to think of reasons ' why?' things were happening that were making me unhappy and think of ways to resolve the situation. I would go to sleep dreaming of my options and vowing to put 'the world to right' in the morning.
I don't cry when I'm sad only when I'm happy !
At the moment I'm really happy for Whipass and the twins -now that brings a tear !

Yeah. I started thinking about how the fairytale views of life I'd been conditioned to believe were going to have to die. Then I realized I was going to have to watch my parents die eventually. I started thinking about how many possibilites there are in life, but how I can only choose a few things to do with mine. I felt the wasted time I've accumulated over the years and wondered why I wasn't normal. Then suddenly I realized that everything will eventually pass away, so all pain is temporary. At that point, I stopped crying.

I've cried before I gone to sleep, is that close enough?
Why was I crying?
Because I realized a possibility, God could exist and Satan could be a lie.

Actually it is physically impossible to cry yourself to sleep. However you can cry yourself into exhaustion. You will actually stop crying before sleep arrives though. I guess you were not asking about the phsyical side of of it though, So if your question means have I ever been hurt, angry, frustrated enought to cry until I was exhausted then yes,. When I lost my boyfriend to a drunk driver as a teenager,
