I believe he's still the one with the most money. The media love the biggest-spending candidate ('cos that's where they spend their money! Political advertising is the biggest category of advertising!)
I agree Giuliani is just -creepy-, but all the GOP candidates are flawed. It's way too early to coronate anyone as the presumptive candidate, or to count anyone out. Republican voters (at this point anyway) are very uncertain, faced with many choices they don't like.

He is running, but disappearing fast. He is cutting the later state primaries will save him from losses in early states, but that may not be promissing, as Huckabee and McCain appear to have surged forward.

He's flying low in iowa......I'm thinking his campaign is telling him to keep his mouth shut, and take what votes he can and hope big for new hampshier......but I think mr.9/11 is wearing thin with everyone.
