Some but not all pumice will float on water. Pumice is filled with bubbles trapped in the rock. If there are enough bubbles, then the pumice will float. If not, it won't.

Pumice of course , Pumice has an average porosity of 90%, and initially floats on water.

Well, they made boats out of concrete in WWII, which floated...so if you SHAPE the rocks, they'll float if they displace enough water. But if you mean float while IMMERSED, then some Pumice will float, but not the others. Then again...ice IS water, right? So, those other three will "float" on top of ice until it melts. LOL. I'm SO helpful...
