I am the same way. I actually trugled to recover from an eating disorder earlier in pregnancy for the baby's sake because I was worried about that before. Just remember, your baby is worth it and you'll get you bady back after.

Well, first, anything up to 25lbs is baby weight that will go away within two weeks of the birth. Second, don't let yourself get obsessed with weight. Do your best to eat healthy and move around. I only gained 14 lbs with my last baby because I was up and down stairs all day long. I took walks and cared for a four year old at the same time. Oh, and don't forget that some of it is water retention, especially towards the end. You'll be fine.

Just eat normal sized and healthy portions of food and relax. You can also do some slow exercises to help with the pregnancy as well. You can go to a nutritionist and ask about what you can and can't eat like not fully cooked eggs if you haven't already. And you can look for excercises you are comfortable with that are good for you and are okay to use. But really just relax and try to actually gain weight. You're going to lose it all afterwards.

First of all, you need to make sure you are eating nutritionally valuable foods, low in salt and fat. Lots of fruits, vegetables, lean meat, low fat, pasturized dairy products. You need to drink a great deal of water.
Some of the weight you gain will be the amniotic fluid, some will be the baby and you may retain fluid.
If you do light exercise and eat sensibly - remember the baby is depending on you for nourishment, but you need not overeat - you will not find you have gained too much after you deliver.
Congrats!

Girl I am worried about not putting on weight because I lost weight in my first trimester. Think of the fact that you need to gain weight so your baby can be healthy. What you should do however is pay attention to what you eat. Cut out excess fast foods that you might be consuming seeing that it is nutritious for your baby. Stick to fruits, veggies, beans, protein, wheat products and a little comfort food here and there. I don't know if this helped but good luck and congrats.

Why is it the perception that when you get preg you get fat!!!! This does not have to be the case......Ever heard of "You are what you eat" well it is totally true. In all 4 of my pregnancies i have put on the reccomended weight gain for a healthy pregnancy. I don't deprive myself of any foods but i do choose to eat chocolate ect....in moderation. I have returned back to my original weight/shape within 3 mths of giving birth to each of my daughters. Even now at 33 weeks with my 4th i feel really great about the way i look, even sexy sometimes..(when i'm not too tired) Try to dress fashionable and everytime you put something neer your mouth just look at it and say to your self "Do i really need this,? or do i just want this?" There is a big difference between needing something to eat or wanting something to eat. Enjoy being preg, don't Worry about something that you can totally control.......Good luck...

You need to put on weight to have a healthy baby and stay healthy yourself. 4 pounds at 3 months is nothing. You should gain at least 20 pounds give or take. Most women gain a little more (some a lot more) and take it off shortly after giving birth. Do not stress yourself over a few pounds.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Don't worry so much about your weight gain while pregnant. Just be happy! Once you have that baby take him/her for walks. 30 mins. a day will do wonders. Eat healthy. You'll be fine! We all go through it, some just lose the weight faster!

As long as you eat healthy and do mild exercises while you are pregnant you have nothing to worry about. Your body needs to gain some weight for it to nourish the baby. When you have the baby you will be able to loose the weight. Breast feeding can help with that as well.
