During baseball season get Rock Pile seats for the Rockies. They usually have affordable family packages. I think the Denver Art Museum still has weekend deals for families. Kids get a little backpack with activities to find throughout the museum. There is the Children's Museum near Ocean Journey. Go up to Dinosaur Ridge in Morrison. There are real dinosaur footprints on the hillside and a visitors center.

In Lakewood there is Casa Bonita. It's a mexican restaurant that has cliff divers, a cave and other things for the kids. The food is not fantastic but it's really a great kid friendly fun place.

Welcome to town.
