You are absolutly right! As adults, it is our job to help children no matter what. If I saw a child being hurt, if it were an adult hurting the child, I would advise that person that they should stop what they are doing, and if they didn't, I would first call authorities, then restrain that person until help arrived. If it were another child, I would very strongly and sternly tell that young person they need to stop what they are doing imeadiatly. I would then alert authorities. Good question! YOU ROCK!

It depends. Is it just a spanking? NO- because kids need to learn that even when they are in public they need to behave or there will be consequences. If I deemed it abuse, then I would step in.

depends if they are just slapping them for discipline but if it was more than that i would say something to them to make them appreciate their kids cause not every one can have kids and relise if what they are going mad over is really worth it
