Ask around at your school (or check on RateMyProfessors.com). This differs from one place to another. I've had students in my office crying because they took photography or ceramics, thinking it would be an easy class, and they were failing it. You also need to keep in mind what is easy for you. Some people find lots of reading easy, others find math easy. Only you know what you are good at.

Colleges ask for unweighted GPA on the 4.0 scale. AP classes look good, but they will not help your real GPA more than any other class.

Skills for success or a basic computer course. Piece of cake.

Are you in college? Try theater. Can you sing? Join an elementary choir, like glee club.
