What? Are you looking for some type of fat diet?
You live in America, I presume? I f so, then either eat out all the time, switch to a Southern diet regime of simply 'pig out'
all the time.
None of which I would personally recommend.
Fat is so hard to get rid of. Try gaining muscles instead.
You don't have to look extremely muscular in order to gain muscles. It's safer and healthier for you.

eat later at towards the night this way you cannot lose the weight before you sleep. Eat larger portions. Don't however pig out of things that are bad for you in other ways. For example don't go crazy on that chinese food because it has loads of sodium. This may increase blood pressure and lead to other kinds of health problems. Also, keep in mind beverages that have a lot of sugar may help you get fatter, but at the same time will rot your teeth as well as decrease the strength in your teeth. Eat more is the best way to gain weight. I had the same problem. Drink a lot of whole milk and eat tuna and chicken.

Dude,the best thing is to start working out. Do more weights than cardio and take a few supplements. just remember that there is some good fat and some bad fat. one thing that helped me was drinking milk with every meal.

Eat food that is higher in fat!
Just watch it you don't want to gain weight too fast!

Don't listen to the people that said Mcdonalds. Once you gained the weight you wanted, you'll start getting into the habit of wanting Mcdonalds.

Eat Pasta, tuna, maybe have a mid breakfast, a mid lunch, and a mid dinner(snacks before, basically) focus of your wheats.

Ganing lean, firm, solid, healthy muscle is much better and attractive than full fat.

Eat junk and fast food, but not too much of fried because that can be bad for you. Mainly aim for sugary foods.

take in a lot of calories, but exercise so you're still healthy. But make sure that the calories you take in is more than what you are losing via exercise.
