Has anyone ever tried a wood grenade as a wedge to split wood. It looks like a diamond that comes to a point. I've used it several times and so far it's worked pretty good. What are your experiences with it?

I had it get stuck too and had to use another wedge to free it too. I guess that's par for the course with wood splitting.

When I tried it it got stuck and I needed to use another wedge to crack the log open wider and free it.

If the wood is tough to split, it'll get stuck almost everytime.

It is good if the wood is on the dry side. With wet wood it can get stuck.

I've seen them demonstrated, and used to sell them. Yes they do work pretty good, and yes you need two of them. If I remember right, they are made by Oregon products. I guess that wasn't much input. Sorry.
