It gives relatives a reason to see each other, even if you dont like that usually, once in a while can be quite nice.

Relaxing. But I worked night shifts over Christmas, Dec 24th to Dec 27th. It has been @#~+&* Awful. But I have 5 nights off so will take things easy then.
I'm looking forward to opening some beer, eating a good old roast but cannot decide between chicken, duck, or pigeon, and eating some stollen cake with Cheshire cheese.

It is'nt all about presents. I think the best thing about Christmas is the Christmas Spirit and it's the day that christ was born + we get to spend lot's of time with our kids.

i love it because my family live all over but christmas day we all come together and have a real good laugh.
