Okay, first of all, I do not believe in ghosts and demons or whatever but lately I'm starting to question whether or not I'm wrong about their existance.
It started on my 13th birthday party...I had a sleepover with 6 girls and we stayed up late in the living room watching movies and listening to my new CD. We were also talking about random stuff. I muted the TV and sat on the floor and started talking about something and I heard a mans voice behind me...no one else heard it. Then the computer printer turned on by itself and started blinking an orange color. I jumped on the couch next to my best friend and we both looked out the side door to the balcony and we BOTH saw a figure standing there, starring at it. We screamed and she started crying because we both saw the exact same thing...we looked back and it wasn't there. The CD was still playing and I said, "look, ghosts aren't real. If there are ghosts, show me a sign!" so then the song started skipping and I'll admit, it scared Me.
And now, sometimes late at night/early in the morning, I hear my bedroom door open but I’m always too scared to look then I get really really cold and the hair on my arm sticks up. I get that feeling that someone is standing over me and sometimes I feel taps on my back…when the sun finally comes out I look at my door…and it’s open. There was another time I was in my room alone and my light turned off…I got scared and said, “please, come back on!” and boom, it came back on. Another time I was downstairs with my mom and we both heard footsteps upstairs and a heard a door open and close…we were alone in the house. I stayed home because I was sick. Everyone else was at school/work. Does this seem like ghosts to you?

Someone outside is a kid spying on a slumber party or a trick of light. Doors slamming and opening is the heater or a draft from an open window.
Hearing voices is a common hallucination which I've experienced myself. I've heard a person I know calling me when no one was home.
The lights off/on thing is a common dream experience and since in happened in bed, along with the feelings of cold and being touched, I might suggest you're having some waking dreams or lucid dreaming upon waking or going to bed and it seems real, but it isn't.
All scary, but entirely explainable without the need to open the can of worms that is "ghosts."

When I was 14 years old, My GrandFather came and stood beside my bed late at night. He had been dead for over 12 years. It scared me so Bad, that I moved my Bedroom downstairs to a room that was directly "under" the one I had upstairs. Late at night, I could hear somebody walking "above me in the room I once had. My Mother and Dad also heard it and someone opening and shutting the door to the stairs late in the middle of the night. My Mother was born in this house and said they had always heard "spooky" stuff like this. I do not believe it was anything trying to hurt me, but it sure did scare the H*** out of me. Investigate what has gone on prior to your living in your home. Hopefully you can get some answers....

Well. To me,it sounds like a ghost.
But perhaps it's a GOOD ghost...you know..one that's just exploring the house...someone who had lived there before.
But if you're being haunted, the only thing you can do,is pray, and think of good spirits to come and protect you.
I'm sure you'll be fine,
If you're really that scared, get some voo-doo poweder. It's red,and the only people that can cross a line of the powder, are ones that dont want any harm to come to you.
Dump some of that in a doorway, and see if you hear those strange things again.
If you do,they mean no harm towards you.

Don't be scared, when was the last time you heard of ghosts killing people? Everything has an explanation. Don't trick yourself into believing such nonsense especially when nobody else saw this ghost from your family. Even it its true stand and laugh orrr turn your fright to anger and try to go after it , its like a cockroach its scary but cant hurt you.

I don't mean to get all religous on you and stuff... lol, I'm only 15... but I DON'T believe in ghosts, but demons are, no doubt, 100% real. I don't have to worry about them though since I'm on God's side. Anyway, their might be a demon trying to, like, take over you, or get them on their side and try to pull you away from God and everything else good. I'm not saying you're not a Christian or anything, and if you are, sorry.
But yeah, always keep in mind that demons are true. When my mom was my age, she had a friends who would sit in the corner of her room, with green saliva running down her mouth. Every time my mom would try to call her, she would feel scratches on her leg as if trying to say, "Put that phone down". Demons are real, and I think one might be trying to communicate with you.
You know what I suggest... pick up a Bible, and scare it away!

It's a fact that adolescent girls are more prone to 'seeing things' than any other type of person......I don't know why. I saw the ghost of a dog when I was about your age though and I've since discovered that I have some psychic ability - although I never try to do anything about it as I'm not into that kind of thing.
Perhaps you have some kind of gift.

I have heard different things about your age, and paranormal activity. Your mother heard the footsteps and door too! Your friend saw the spirit you saw. Ghost are simply spirits who no longer have a body. It's really more like, we are spirits who have taken on a body, so that we might evolve spiritually. We are on a journey to what spiritual beings we were ment to be. You see we are babies in mother earth, we wait full enlightnment, evolving may never be necessary again. Don't fear what you are seeing. They won't harm you. Know your here for a purpose and trust only God. 1 God. This is his way. Linda.

They are not ghost.... they are lost spirits. Spirits who don't know they have passed over. Some can be friendly and not want to hurt you or any one. But some can be. And it seems that you might have a spirit around. I believe in them so that's why i tell you this. But what you should do is pray. tell them let them know that they need to pass on that they don' belong here and they will leave. Maybe not on the same night but they will.
Good luck.

There is no such thing as ghosts. Just remember that the next time something scares you. There is always a reason behind something that happens. Like, your power could have gone out with the thing about your lights. And with the figure outside the door, it could have been a burgler or a kidnapper or a child rapist or something...
just remember: there is no such as ghosts.

That does sound creepy. Anything is possible, but remember, there is an explanation for all of those things--so you can believe it is a coincidence, or you can believe it is ghosts.
