Every single American man and woman in uniform deserves the utmost respect and admiration for what they do on a DAILY BASIS. They get no breaks at 10AM and 2PM and get no designated LUNCH HOURS norr time off due to good weather... they risk their LIVES every single day---and whether or NOT you support the WAR, you should ALWAYS support the men and women over there fighting it for the USA and other democratic allies who are there in support of the USA... These people are someone's sons, daughters, husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, grandchildren, brothers, sisters or cousins...they are NOT just objects to be moved around with guns drawn.... they are HUMANS with human feelings... some will come back stronger then when they left, some will NOT... but ALL of them deserve great amounts of respect, admiration and love for what they do.

I've never personally encountered anybody who hates armed forces members. Support, obviously.

Definately support! What kind of an American would say otherwise? But, by supporting our troops, we need to stand by them, their decisions and the reason they got into the military to begin with. We should all have flags flying high in our yards!

A A said it best. If its blind patriotism when you aren't aware of the actual things going on or when you join the military to better your life then I don't support those people. But if you fight to defend an invasion of the country or fight to strike back at someone that attacked us then yes I support that. One who defends liberty is a true patriot by my book. One who joins just to serve the people, themselves, or the government that to me is a person that is an enemy of a free society.

Same as Christine- smart enough to support the troops, but not the hoops that their brainless leader is sending them through to settle family business and make money for his already wealthy buddies. Blind patriotism is ignorant.

That depends on whether they are a politician, or a working person.
Is is a "social requirement to support them" or a choice.
If it is a requirement, promoted via asocialist government program--forget it.
Any support I provide is based in just logic.

I hate the troops because they are evil. I also support Bin Laden. He is my hero. I am eating pie. I wish I could go eat pie with Bin Laden. He is my hero. Pie is good with fire.
... Dude? Why would anyone hate members of the military?
