Infinite is not a "number" its a concept, the concept of an unimaginable never ending magnitude. Today (because theories about the universe change every few years) it is believed that the universe is expanding eternally and as the universe is made up of matter, the answer to your question is yes!

Matter is not infinite. If matter were infinite, gravity would be infinite. If gravity were infinite, the curvature of space would be infinite, and we'd all be in a black hole. Thankfully, this is not the case.

matter and engery can not be destroyed - no one knows how to split the atom, and energy just changes e.g when you turn a pc off the electrical energy is released as heat and sound. If you think about that theory and the fact that energy cannot be destroyrd perhaps you could say there will always be the same amount. But as it can't be destroyed - only canged it clearly does, in one form or another 'last forever' (unless the universe is destroyed)

No. Matter and energy are interchangeable...so your question is analogous to asking is there infinite energy. There is not infinite energy...even in the entire universe

Yes...God created it and it is constantly expanding. He is Infinite.
