Wal-mart, Sears, Home Depot, most stores have trash cans!
So, where is Garden Grove? Are we supposed to be familiar with Garden Grove?

Ask the trash service or city to bring another one out or get a totter.

if your trash service company provides the cans on wheels that can be dumped hydralically by there trucks you just need to call them and ask how much the additional charge is going to be and if they can deliver
if not stop by the local hardware store spend the ten bucks

if it is a city trash can then you just call the city and let them know you need another one.

If your cans are from the city you can usually contact the water dept. or sanitation dept.
