She wouldn't be showing symptoms this soon.
If you have sex while ovulating, and sperm comes in contact with an egg, it then takes approx 8 days for the fertilized egg to travel down the fallopian tubes, into the uterus, and implant. Until implantation occurs, there are no symptoms. Even after implantation, it usually is at least another week or so before you start to have symptoms.

That's not to say that this girl isn't going to wind up pregnant. If you have sex without using protection then you ALWAYS stand a very good chance of getting pregnant. It's just that the sickness she feels right now isn't pregnancy symptoms from seven days ago.

Most symptoms such as morning sickness do not show up for the first few weeks. In fact, most pregnancy tests can't tell until after four weeks, if I'm remembering right. Within the first week, it's likely her body hasn't changed its hormone production significantly.

If you describe the symptoms, we may be able to provide alternate suggestions. She may have caught an STD (some have cold-like symptoms, I think) or have simply caught a stomach flu or something from her partner, maybe that he was fighting off.

If she's been sick for 4 days, especially if she has a fever, she should see a doctor asap.

It would be too soon to tell. She probably has the stomach flu. It is still possible that she could be pregnant, but in all likelihood, it has nothing to do with her upset stomach - unless she is so nervous about the possibility of being pregnant that she is making herself sick. But I'd go with the stomach flu. It'll pass.

She could be pregnant, I would get a pregnancy test to make sure. It all depends on when she is ovulating and if you had protection. I would recommend taking her to the doctor. Best of luck!!

no symptoms will show this early, and no test will show a positive this early eaither...it would be accurate around 2 weeks after unprotected sex...if she had sex during ovulation, which is about 2 weeks before her next period is due.

She is probably stressed out thinking she might be pregnant. It is most unlikely that she is as it is too soon to tell. But hey...check it out. Buy a pregnancy test at the drugstore!

She could be, but most likely wouldn't be showing symptoms so soon.
