This is a repost, as I think I confused people away from answering with my acronyms! Thanks ;0)

I'm hoping to hear from some late bloomers here. I am about 13 DPO (maybe 12..) and got a BFN on a FRER with FMU that I saved in a cup from this morning. Yesterday I took a $Tree test with FMU and WITHIN the 10 minute time limit, got a very faint pink line. The $$ Tree test is sensitive to 25ml. Not sure what to think. AF is a day late today.

So, has anyone had a BFN on First Response Early Result at 13 DPO.... then ended up with a BFP later?? I really would like to specifically hear from women who have had this experience with FRER in particular. Also, how long can urine be saved before it is no longer useful?

Acronym Guide ;0)

AF= Aunt Flo (period)
DPO= Days Past Ovulation
BFN= Big Fat Negative
BFP= Big Fat Positive
FMU= First Morning Urine
FRER= First Response Early Result

I know that you said you prefer a woman to answer your question. Hope you don't mind that I answer your question.

hCG, (Hormone), called "human chorionic gonadotropin",
is found in the urine if you are pregnant.

Because of the first FMU and "within the 10 minutes time limit, got a very faint pink line". (The faint pink line, can be because there was not enough hCG in your urine.

I would wait two days and take the test again.

Overall, I would say that you are pregnant.

Sincerely, hope you don't mind that a man responded to your question.

I would take another FRER tomorrow morning with FMU. They say that you can save your FMU in a cup for like 6 hours without it affecting the result, but I wouldn't do it.

False negatives are much more likely to happen than false positives. It sounds like you are pregnant!
