And if Bill clinton was the first male first lady what power would he have to make a difference in our govt. I believe if Hillary becomes president she would reject him and his opion once she makes it. Because thats how women are, women ar aundry like that.

None, politically. But, it is the de facto expectation that she sets a good example for normal citizens. However, this is a fairly recent trend. Historically, first ladies were rarely known or seen to the general public.
