he may have heart problems. he has poor circulation in his legs. he has had chest pains. he just has a lot of medical problems that need to be taken care of, and a main reason he refuses to go to the doctor is because of the cost. our family doesn't make a lot of money, but he really needs to get some help.

Is he old enough for social security and medicare yet?
Check out you local Sate Dept of Public health ( Like welfare office/ If his income is low enough he can qualify for medicaid. Most Community hospitals accept patients and can workout payment arrangements or pay nothing.
These things sound serious. I have had the leg blockage, heart attacks and more, I have gotten on disability, take a while to get but you gt to draw medicare disability, so go to the social security office for that.===

Most states have a program for low income and middle income families with medical problems. Contact your local Department of Social Services. You can also go to a low income clinic run by the state department and alot of them have income based fees.

Take him to the pubic hospital in your city. If he qualifies for free medical care, they will tell him, how to get it.
