I can find nothing called Harvest Rose by Noritake. Are you sure you don't mean Harvard Rose? Here is a replacement site for Harvard Rose:

Go directly to the Noritake website , they use to have their prices displayed before- A 12 place setting that includes a tea service is quite expensive-Type Noritake, in your search engine- Some Noritake sets are made in sri Lanka and are a we bit cheaper than the Japanese manufactured ones, they are same in quality
