Actually yes. When someone points out something I did/do or said/say wrong and offers how it affects different sitations. While it takes the wind out of my sails, I am thus enlightened of my behavoir.

Yes--my ego was deflated in July when this idiot Marty(you've probably seen him here on YA,wearing a skirt.) sent me the most pathetic Dear Jane letter on the planet.
BUT--it enlightened me to exactly HOW MUCH of a loser he is and how better off I am without him in my life!
