In the manual that came with you seal should have a ceremony listed in the back. Or check with the issuing agency. I use to have a seal in Florida but never got to preform a wedding.

doesnt matter. Just as long as you ask each if he/she takes the other and then if both yes then pronounce them man and wife or whatever they want. Basically its your signature on their license that binds them legally, so other than the two questions, let them design their vows
