What a tragedy for Pakistan!
Whoever the opposing party was, they are responsible. The people of Pakistan almost had hope. Bhutto's death is a tragic loss for the people of Pakistan.

Oh, and I agree that Musharraf undoubtedly had a hand in this.

The militant Islamists that support the terror groups in the NW along the Afghanistan border. Bhutto had promised to go into that region and vigorously weed out and fight terror groups and change the region. This is a very dangerous hour for Pakistan and in turn the US. If Islamic fundamentalists take power in a coup or in another fashion, the stockpiles of fusible material could be compromised. Pakistan has a very large amount of material, which by itself, could be used to make many "dirty bombs". If they get their hands on that, you can be sure they will attempt to detonate devices in London, Paris, Madrid, Rome, ect. They would eventually get to the US. not long after that. Watch carefully the ensuing reaction within the nation. A military coup is possible, or a factional military coup, that propels the fundamentalists into power. Now is the time that Mussarif should be supported and he had better watch his back.

Al Quida and/or the Taliban or the equivalent, this, if you'll excuse the expression, kills two birds with one stone, first it obviously gets rid of Bhutto, second many of the people blame Mushareff, weather he had anything to do with it or not so he's gone, and then they have many supporters in the Pakistani military so they essentially just walk in, maybe they'll put someone in charge who may appear to be going after the terrorists, but just like Mushareff turns a blind eye to the real bad guys or tries to make deals with them, while arresting a few flunkies and lower level guys to keep the west quiet and keep the aid coming.

Watching CNN right now and have been for almost 2 hours. Several people are making good points, why was she standing up thru a sun roof after a rally, other than to show she wasnt afraid and that she stood against those who might try to kill her

Hmmm... what if its possible its was say Islamic terrorists, Al Quaida or otherwise but with a little "inside" help to get past the little protection she did have

What I thought was odder was Pres Bush's comments about "bringing those responsible to be brought to justice". Where else have we heard this? New York maybe, DC, Philly all after 9/11 and we're still waiting for those responsible to be brought to justice. Meanwhile isnt the US spending more on the war in other people's countries (and not winning at times) when there's so many issues in our own country

I could think of few other conspiracies but they're far fetched

Either someone wants to destabilize Pakistan or Musharraf gave the order. Musharraf played a partial role in this by not giving Bhutto enough security, which it going to seriously back fire on him. Pakistan plunging into civil war would be highly beneficial for the U.S. to further the War on Terrorism.

Sharif was as much of an opposition as was Musharraf. Only ones that win are Al Quaeda . Destroy democracy and make the President look bad. Maybe Clinton did it? The have been divide & conquer the USA and the Bilderberg group... who knows. Google it. I will warn u circuits are busy so links are futile right now.
