i have a 136" snowboard?

could i just get new boots for my board i am 5' 2" and my board is 136cm and i were a size 9 boot

Snowboard size really depends more on your weight than your height, but if you are only around 100 to 110 lbs that board would work - especially for riding in the park if it is a freestyle board (with centered binding mount holes).
