that's not being cheap my dear, cheap is when someone uses their company credit card, whom they work for, to do their xmas shopping and then gives you a gift that they didn't even pay for and makes you think it was from their pocket!
cheap is when someone invites you out for dinner and conveniently forgets their wallet!

I cannot stand cheap people. However if I have to borrow money, that person is the first one I pay back when I get paid cause sometime you may really need the money BAD and if you haven't paid them back the times before when you borrow money then why would they lend you any more. I don't borrow money unless I have exhausted every other avenue. such as get another job, which I have had to do in the past. I hate owing money to people and do everything in my power NOT to have to ask!

Hohohohahahhahahahhahaha !
When did u consider people asking for their RIGHTS Cheap ?
Though , I agree its really annoying when they ask it in a very -mean and Sticky- way !
Embarrassment should be the feeling in this situations !
the Borrower -the one who took money- should be embarrassed if the subject is brought up !
The Lender should be embarrassed to ask for his money cause he will cause embarrassment to the other side but its not CHEAP or WRONG ... !
Cheers !

well if it has been a long time and you are spending the way you used to then you asked for it...the person who loaned you the money has the right to ask back for it and is not acting cheap....but if the person just loaned you the money like a few hours ago and asks back for it that is CHEAP!!!
