your right. McCain's experience could go along way.

Both are more qualified than the so called media chosen front runners. Biden spoke personally to Musharif last week and told him to beef up security for Bhutto if only he would have listened. A couple weeks ago he told America to be more worried about a destabilized Pakistan with loose nukes than Iran if only voters would listen. I believe McCain is the most experienced for the republicans. Both candidates have a history of working in a bipartisan fahion but that is not what the extremists from both sides want. They and the powers that want to see us divided as a nation want a divisive figure like Hillary or Huckabee to keep politics as usual in place. I encourage everyone to take a closer look at both of these candidates a general election with these two running would provide the country with a real substantial discussion of the issues for a change.

I don't see the connection. What in the world would the aging McCain or Joe Biden know about decades of convoluted, byzantine Pakistani politics?
Even the Pakistanis can't figure it out.

Oh, is this a problem our American president has
any control over? Let Pakistan handle their own
affairs. Our president should only be handling
American problems (corruption, floods, hurricanes,
jobs for citizens, keeping America clean and
beautiful, governing by the Constitution and not
popular opinion, strong traditions, people's rights,
lowering taxes, vetoing bills loaded with pork the
Congress adds to them, etc. etc.). We have enough
problems of our own.

Actually Joe Biden was the one who mentioned the lid coming off the boiling pot in Pakistan, several weeks ago. Noone else has mentioned it.

No. But it does point out the need for someone who understands how things that happen overseas affect the U.S. No isolationism as Kucinich and Paul advocate.

Ron Paul is old but he has the support of White Supremacists. Some of his supporters advocate violence and several of his supporters on Y!A have threatened to kill me. Thus, old age doesn't mean a better candidate.
