i cant remember when my last period is i think it was roughly the 29th november 2007, my baby measured crown to rump length 76mm in the ultrasound but my sonographer went by my last supposed period and has aged me at 12weeks 5days. reason being because i had sex on 10th october 2007 and the 21st when did i likely conceive taking into account the measurement of my fetus.

do you mean your last period was in september or november? If you've had a period since the last time you had sex then you can't go by that period. Not to mention, going by that period you'd only be about 4 weeks. According to this website and based on your fetal measurement you'd be between 12 and 13 weeks. So likely, you conceived on the 10th of Oct.

Gestational age goes by the first day of your last period, which if your was Nov 29th, would make you 4 weeks exactly. Obviously you are farther along because you cant see a baby at 4 weeks, so whatever bleeding you had at the end of November was not an actual period. You would have gotten pregnant about 10 1/2 weeks ago (that's subracting 2 weeks from the 12 weeks 5 days, since the first 2 weeks you aren't really pregnant yet), which is around October 10th.

The sonographer doesn't go by the lmp (even though they do check with you as to when you think it was) they go by the measurements they take during the scan. This gives a more accurate gestational age. That's one of the reasons we have scans these days.
This would mean you are nearly 3 months pregnant. If you think your last lmp was around 29th Nov 07, then you were already pregnant as that's only a month ago.

Well, I am 32 weeks pregnant, so the gestational age of my baby is 30 weeks.
I would say you're baby's gestational age is 10 weeks, 5 days if the ultrasound measured you at 12 weeks, 5 days. Although, I'm not sure how you can be 12 weeks along if your LMP was 11/29. Unless what you experienced was spotting.

my last period was Oct.17th and I ovulated on Oct.30th and conceived on that day and I am 10w2d along. Therefore, I would think that since you're nearly 13 weeks along, you probably conceived on Oct.10th.
the gestational age of the baby would be equal to 2weeks less than how far along you are since the first 2 weeks of pregnancy are generally the week of your period and the week after - though it varies if you ovulate earlier or later in the cycle.

this is on account which you're 7 weeks based on the 1st day of your final era. however the 1st 2 weeks after your era you're no longer pregnant yet. So technically, your toddler is in simple terms 5 weeks. A being pregnant is forty weeks, yet you might have in simple terms actual been pregnant for 38 weeks.

From what I have heard, you should be about 2 weeks further along than the gestational age of the fetus. In your case, I guess that would be 10 weeks, 5 days.

my last period was on nov. 12 and i am only going into my 7th week, so if you are measuring 12 weeks you are much farther a long then you thought, or maybe you are one of those woman who have had a period while pregnant
