Faye is really pretty. I love traditonal middle names like Elisabeth. Bree Elisabeth is traditional with a modern twist, but Bree Faye, it's just great it has a ring to it. I like that a lot.
Edit: I also like Bree Grace, Bree Lynn

Bree Faye sounds too abrupt. I think you need a longer middle name to complement Bree.
Here are some ideas:
Bree Elizabeth
Bree Alexandra
Bree Alethea
Bree Evangeline
Bree Christiana
Bree Evelina
Bree Angelina
Bree Isabella
Bree Eleanora
Bree Anastasia
Bree Ariana
Bree Adriana
Bree Rosanna
Bree Susanna
Bree Sophia
Bree Samantha
Bree Aurora
Bree Amelia
Bree Natascha
Bree Camilla
Bree Demetra
Bree Marissa
Bree Louisa
Bree Elaine
Bree Elise
Bree Lisette
Bree Danielle
Bree Nicole
Bree Michelle
Bree Denise
Bree Celeste
Bree Simone
Bree Adele

NOT Faye. Bree Faye -- say it together several times (sounds like Beefy or Brief -aye). Also think of the word it might create with the first letter of the second name (by sound, ending the first name). Don't use a name that starts with "D" because it makes the word "Breed." Using a "Z" name makes the word "Breeze." Using the "Ch" makes "Breech." I always think of that when putting a first and last name together as well. That's why I think it seems to naturally go with "Anne" or "Elle".
Bree Angeline
Bree Angelique
Bree Alyssa
Bree Amara
Bree Annika
Bree Annalise
Bree Arielle
Bree Ashleen
Bree Audriana
Bree Cathleen
Bree Catriona
Bree Elizabeth
Bree Elyse
Bree Leilani
Bree Liliana
Bree Mackenzie
Bree Mikaela
Bree Makenna
Bree Michelle
Bree Noelle
Bree Nicolette

Bree Noelle
Bree Lily
Bree Hope
Bree Nicole
Bree Chantal
Bree Michelle (spelled Michael in French, and Bree sounds French so it's cute)
Bree Lisette

I like Bree as a nickname for something. Just Bree looks and sounds very incomplete. How about Brenna for a first name? Brenna Faye sounds very sweet.
If you're set on Bree, I wouldn't use Faye. Two one-syllable names are harsh sounding together. Here's some other ideas for you:
Bree Phaedra (Fay-dra)
Bree Lucille
Bree Lucinda
Bree Amelia
Bree Hannah
Bree Katherine
Bree Willow
Bree Olivia
Bree Petra
Bree Victoria

My middle name is Bree - so, good choice for starters!!
You know, I like Faye but it sounds too short to go with Bree. It needs a second name with 2 or more syllables. Like:
Bree Amelia
Bree Isabella
Bree Makenna
Bree Charlotte

Bree?
Hmm.
Yeah, Bree Faye sounds nice, but to me, Bree sounds like a middle name.

Bree Faye? Seems too plain for me. I think you need something more than two syllables just so it doesn't sound too choppy.
What about..
Bree Elizabeth
Bree Katherine
Bree Danielle
Bree Christine
Bree Jennifer
Bree Karine (Kuh-rine)
Bree Leanne
